These terms govern your use of neurotraderlab.com and the trading strategies distributed under the NeuroTraderLab name. By using the site or subscribing to a strategy, you accept them.

2. What We Provide
NeuroTraderLab publishes systematic trading strategies as investment software. Strategies are distributed through the Cryptohopper marketplace and generate trading signals that execute inside your own exchange account.
We never hold client funds. We have no withdrawal rights over any account you connect. Your assets remain with your exchange at all times.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this site or inside a strategy is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not assess your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and we do not provide personal recommendations.
You remain responsible for every decision you take, including whether a strategy is suitable for you.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use the service where doing so would breach the law that applies to you.
Tokenized assets are not available in every country. Access to xStocks products may require an appropriateness assessment at your exchange. Confirming your own eligibility is your responsibility.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Strategy access is a flat monthly subscription per strategy. There is no management fee, no performance fee and no lock-up period. Subscriptions are billed through and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
Exchange trading fees and Cryptohopper platform fees are charged separately by those providers and are outside our control.
6. Third-Party Services
Execution depends on Kraken, Cryptohopper and other third parties. Their terms, fees, availability rules and outages apply to you directly. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or downtime.
7. Performance Information
Backtested and hypothetical results are calculated on historical data with the benefit of hindsight. They do not represent actual trading and do not account for all costs or market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use a strategy for your own account only. You may not:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute strategy signals
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to reconstruct the models
- scrape, copy or republish site content beyond normal reading
- use the service to break any law or exchange rule that applies to you
9. Intellectual Property
The models, strategy logic, reports, site copy and design remain the property of . Subscribing grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the strategy while your subscription is active.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted signal delivery. Models, parameters and strategy rules may change as research progresses. Material changes are described in the research notes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed signals, execution failures at third parties, or indirect and consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where continued service is no longer viable. On termination, signals stop. Your assets and open positions remain yours.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of . Disputes fall to the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date above, is the version that applies. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
