2. What We Collect
We collect only what the site needs to work:
- name and email address, when you request a backtest report or join the research newsletter
- country, when you choose to provide it, so we can show the right availability notes
- consent records, including the time and wording you agreed to
- basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed
- cookie preferences stored in your browser
3. Why We Process It
Report delivery and newsletter mailings are processed on your consent. Answering direct enquiries and running a subscription relationship is processed to perform a contract or to take steps before one. Keeping the site secure and understanding aggregate usage rests on our legitimate interest in operating the service.
4. The Newsletter
The newsletter is opt-in. The consent box is never pre-ticked and consent is never bundled into another action. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
5. Who Else Sees It

6. International Transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. Details of the safeguards are available on request.
7. How Long We Keep It
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then removed from active lists within 30 days. Suppression records are kept longer so we do not contact you again. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet record-keeping obligations.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can:
- request a copy of the data we hold about you
